Raccoon Poop is Dangerous
Most raccoons carry an intestinal parasite called Baylisascris procyonis. Also known as raccoon roundworm, this parasite lives in the raccoon’s small intestine and passes its eggs in the animal’s feces. Roundworm eggs are incredibly dangerous because they are invisible to the naked eye. Humans, cats, or dogs may accidentally ingest the parasite by touching a contaminated surface. Stay away from raccoon feces to avoid getting sick and call a professional for help. We can remove the feces safely and remove any remaining roundworm eggs.

Professional Raccoon Removal Services
Raccoons Don't Flush
Raccoons tend to urinate and defecate in the same locations, over and over. The piles of waste that they build over time are usually close to their dens, on raised surfaces such as rooftops, attics, and decks. They don’t flush! These piles, also known as latrines, get worse with time. Latrines can become very large and cause terrible odour problems. They are also quite dangerous as they contain loads of bacteria and parasites. Thankfully, latrines can be cleaned up by a professional. We provide effective latrine removal and offer raccoon removal services throughout the Vaughan area and beyond.

What Does Raccoon Poop Look Like?
Raccoon poop looks a lot like dog poop. Droppings are light to dark brown, 2 to 3 inches in length, and blunt at the ends. The only differentiator between a raccoon’s droppings and a dog’s is the presence of undigested berries within the poop. Raccoon poop is also usually found in piles, known as latrines. Latrines are usually found on raised surfaces, such as the top of a roof or the base of a tree. Latrines may also be found in attics.
